I start my weight loss journey 6 months ago. I lost most of my weight in the first 3 months and then hit a stale mate with weight watchers. So I'm trying something new. I still have about 20 lbs to lose, but I feel confident by shaking things up that I will continue on.
Anyone else leave weight watchers and find success?? 46oww2roja7p.jpeg

    Great progress so far!

I left Weight Watchers for MFP and never looked back. I'm down 25 pounds, saving money each month and don't have to set an alarm on Saturdays to get weighed in. MFP > Weight Watchers.

I left WW for Lose It and then MFP. At first, I had trouble with the transition (I missed the group meetings and weekly weigh-ins). It really helped me to make friends on MFP, read the discussion boards and post progress photos. Once I started using all the features of MFP I found it more helpful than WW. Good luck with your journey. You look great!
