new to program

I have been on this program now for three weeks. I have lost a total of 8.4 pounds.
I struggle with the temptation of cheating on this plan daily. But I remember I'm not doing myself any favors and I do want to reach my goal. I mix up my foods to keep variety and have been trying new recipes but there are only so many ways to fix tilapia lol. I find myself getting excited when I weigh in at the end of the week to see my progress...even if it's only 2 pounds it was less than last week. Trying to stay positive and keep focused.

    Two pounds a week is a great loss! Anything more than that may be unrealistic and unhealthy (depending on weight and situation). For most people so I have heard and been told through my own struggles 1.5-2 pounds a week is great! We all face temptation it is a matter of overcoming and getting past it. It is good to eat healthy but as long as you stay within your calories you should be fine. ***I am no expert this is just all from what little experience I have had.
