Hi there, I'm 3 months into my diet and only do treadmill running. I got myself to 6m/h and run 7 days a week for 1 hour. As I lose more weight I am hoping to extend the time and speed. Good luck on your journey.

Anybody can add me too! I'm a newish runner, started with run/walking 3 miles in January and now 7 months (and 40ish pounds) later I am running half marathons! (albeit slowly, 2:30:58) I currently run 3x a week, logging between 16-19 miles a week. Running is my freedom!!0

OK, I"m seeing a lot of 'I'm a beginner' or 'I'm a jogger' posts. If you're moving at anything faster than a walk, you're a runner. Period. It doesn't matter if you just started or if you're not going very fast. You're a runner, and you kick butt! /rant
I'm a runner as well - currently on training break, but considering signing up for a half in September... probably should decide soon though, since training needs to happen if I'm gonna!2 -
