I've tried mfp several times in the past. The second I go over my calories I'm like "forget this, I'm done!" :s Well not anymore. I am making a pledge to myself to log whether it's good, bad, or ugly. I have a food scale and I will weigh and measure everything (which I actually think is kinda fun). I also will not start this journey with a rediculously low amount of calories that I can't stick to. I'm 1700 calories a day all the way baby!

    Perfect saying! Sometimes I'll be like oh I don't need to add that in. Yes I do!
