    Hi there, I'm 3 months into my diet and only do treadmill running. I got myself to 6m/h and run 7 days a week for 1 hour. As I lose more weight I am hoping to extend the time and speed. Good luck on your journey.

    Anybody can add me too! I'm a newish runner, started with run/walking 3 miles in January and now 7 months (and 40ish pounds) later I am running half marathons! (albeit slowly, 2:30:58) I currently run 3x a week, logging between 16-19 miles a week. Running is my freedom!!
