I've only started this last week and sticking to a 1200 calorie diet. My goal is to lose 2 stone (28lb)
I had my weigh in this morning and lost a lovely 5lb and that was without doing much exercise at all.
I'm looking for some friends who post a lot about different meals and foods that are low in calories and just good motivators too!
I'm so intrigued to see what everyone else eats to lose weight.

HI

Buy yourself a food scale, weigh all food you ingest, log it at MFP.
If you eat at a deficit ( calories burned higher than calories ingested) your body weight will decrease
Check MFP board "success stories" for inspiration.
You can eat your favorite food, in moderation.
I repeat, it is not what you eat but how much, the most important factor for increase body weight, maintain or lose.
Good luck in your healthy journey2 -
The above handled it beautifully. Good luck!1

Thank you very much! I'm going to have a look at that now.
I have been weighing my food for the last week now and done okay.
Thanks for your help.0
