Strength Training 2x week

I strength train only on weekends, but do full body between the two days, about 45-1hr each day. Is it possible to progress with this, or do I really need to go more often?

SL5x5 has an app and website that can help with your strength training journey. The training includes compound (full-body) lifts--> barbell squats, bench presses, overhead presses, rows and deadlifts. It is three days a week with rest day(s) between. The app/website can help answer questions about accessory lifts and rest days.
I might try to get some heavy lifts in during the week to help maintain or progress with your strength base. I wonder if you can create the adaptions with consecutive days too as I know so many who can mainly train on weekends.0 -

It's possible, but you probably won't see many gains or strength increases. If you do, it's going to be slow.0
