Low sodium snacks

What are some good low sodium snacks? I keep going over my sodium intake, so I need to find filling snacks that aren't so high in sodium.

Stay away from processed foods and you will see how much sodium you will not eat. Whole clean foods is low in sodium (except egg whites --not sure why. lol).0

Cut up veggies, fruit, roasted (unsalted) nuts, yogurt, hummus...many to choose from!0

Definitely make sure to stay away from processed foods (like chips and some cereals) so try to go for fruits and veggies, hummus...Theres alot of things to choose from. Maybe go to your local health food store and look around for some snacks that are healthy for you and low in sodium!

Any fruit or veggie would be good, but I like bananas when I'm on the go. They tend to be a lot more portable than most.0

You can do
Fruits/ Veggies
Hummus
I do Kashi Honey sunshine only 6g of sugar by itself or with milk
Back to nature crackers with laughing cow cheese.
Nuts
Sunflower nuts not salted
100 Cal popcorn
Peanut Butter and some fruit or whole wheat slice of bread
Oatmeal homemade
Strawberries and whip cream
Egg Whites sometimes I do whole egg and then egg whites
Avacodo salad
Weigth Watchers string cheese. They have low sodium.0
