Body Positivity! Be Proud of YOU!

Hi guys. So I deciding to kind of post a motivation thing....I'm definitely not at goal yet, I have a ways to go. I like to see myself as fairly close though, and to see what I've accomplished as a SUCCESS! Sure I'm not done yet, but that doesn't devalue how far I've come already. Some days are hard, some days feel like I've made no progress. And to those days I say....F you! Yeah not every day is perfect, sometimes we make mistakes but as long as you're going in the right direction with your life style I think every single one of you deserves to be PROUD! These pictures aren't necessarily the most flattering, and I'm not satisfied with them 100%, that being said, in perspective, yes I am proud. I've spent far too much energy hating my body. Loving it enough to fuel it with good things, do activity, and just generally do things I enjoy has changed my perspective.
Sorry for the lengthy post, but I do think it's important to take a step back if you're in that - I -hate-my-body-why-do-i-even-try state of mind. Very important. This post doesn't really have a point but to say that...You are all beautiful, you should all be proud of who you are, no matter where you are on your journey. Just remember that
Beginning of my journey. 157 lbs, and completely hated myself. Threw this bikini in the garbage after I took this photo because I was so disgusted and vowed I'd never wear it.
Currently, me at 125 lbs. I'm not where I want to be yet, I sometimes have confidence issues related to love handles and how in different clothing (mid-rise, low waisted, etc) situations they stick out more than other times. Sometimes I feel there is no difference at all. That being said, I am happy with how far I've come and look forward to more toning and fat loss. I'm encouraged by what I've accomplished so far and I think that's important.
