Hi,
Just wondering if there are any good programs for building body strength that I won't need any equipment for that I can do at home.
I know there's lots of different things on fitness blender but I like having a programmer to follow.
Thanks

There is a book called Jailhouse Strong that is a bodyweight program. I have read about it and would really like to buy the book but haven't yet. I think it is really good, from what I hear anyway.0

Check out either of these books, "You Are Your Own Gym" by Mark Lauren or "Convict Conditioning" not sure on the author. There are programs available online as well.3

One more. Sorry. Your Body is Your Barbell by B.J. Gaddour. I follow him on Facebook. He's really good.1

Besides Convict Conditioning (by "coach" paul wade), there is Defying Gravity, it's very informative but pretty dense. I couldn't get into it because I had been interested in more or less a picture book with some progressive calisthenics.
ETA: Oh it's called "Overcoming Gravity" - Steven Low0 -
Athlean Xero is the best I've done. 6 week program absolutely loaned with different exercises. A bit pricey but worth it!0

"The Naked Warrior" by Pavel Tsatsouline.0

In case you were curious about CC before buying it, this is more or less the book in a nutshell
