I am a BIG boredom eater. I'm flying all day, and I have no idea what to do to avoid my usual airplane-boredom induced eating.
What do you do to combat boredom eating?

On the plane I listen to audio books or podcasts (added bonus of drowning out crying children) or I'm frantically finishing a presentation. In the terminal I walk. BWI even has a designated walking "trail". Typically I travel light, so I window shop or just cover as much ground as I can. I make a point of reaching my 10k steps before I get where I'm going.0

Reading, lots of walking and window shopping, talking to people (those sitting next to me that is).
When I was waiting for a plane last time I was in Thailand, there were a couple of joggers pounding the gates..they were dressed in their exercise gear.0 -
I bring healthy snacks. Sugar snap peas, carrot sticks, air popped popcorn. & I walk.0
