How much and how many?

I started incorporating exercise into my routine this week. I dont have a gym membership so I am doing it all at home.
I am using the pool for exercise, resistance bands and body weight exercises like Burpees, etc.
My question is this: how often should I exercise and how much?
I have been doing the resistance bands for 25 minutes every morning. Is that too much? Is daily okay?
I have been in the pool doing water aerobics (flutter kicks, bicycle, etc) in the afternoon. Is that enough or not enough?
I have been walking daily for about 20 minutes.
Is this not enough? Is daily too much?
I want to do as much as I can but not cancel out my workouts by doing too much or not enough. Help lol

Let your fitness goals be your guide...
Enough or not enough or too much, etc is all going to be relative to one's fitness aspirations and fitness level. Where weight loss is concerned, none of that is even necessary...try to look at exercise and fitness for the sake of fitness and your overall health and well being...exercise is very good for you, but it is generally a pretty nominal part of the overall equation where weight management is concerned...separate those goals.

i would say what you are doing is on the lines of "staying active" which is really really good. You could add a lot more if you want to find some more things you enjoy, or just increase what you are already doing. But just staying active is a huge thing. Dont worry about cancelling out your workouts. The important thing is to do what you are doing consistently, forever.0

I think I want to add in Pilates/Yoga moves to my daily routine. It helps calm me, but it is also a great workout.0

I think you are on the right track. You don't want to overwhelm yourself in the beginning. Do what you feel your body can do.... As long as your consistent with it (for next few months) then you will definitely see and feel the results. Later on you can add more workouts.0
