Keeping in Shape

I'm 18 which might make some people think I'm worried about my weight for being on this site, haha. But I really am just wanting to get into a healthier life style, I eat really bad for you foods and I barely exersize and although I don't weigh much now (my metabolism, thank you, haha) I have seen how growing up (my mother, losing the amazing metabolism) can add pounds fast and cause health problems. So I want to start young learning how to exersize and eat right to take care of my body(:

I wish I had realized at your age that I wasn't going to keep that amazing metabolism. I would have made a lot of decisions differently pertaining to what I ate. I was exercising, but even though I was a vegetarian, I was eating crap. Then around 24, my metabolism said screw that and I gained a lot of weight. It's funny. I'm not a vegetarian anymore, but I eat more vegetables now than I ever did then. Keep up with this site. It's a life-saver.0
