30DS plus C25K combo

I'm thinking of combining these two exercises.

30DS one day and C25K the next day and so on for six days a week so that I'm doing both for three days each week with a day off.

Anyone ever done both of exercise programs the same time and seen good results?

    Sounds good. I tried doing the couch 2 5k during the shred but i ended up only doing one day of it.
    Ar you active already? Because that is a lot to take on if you are just starting out. Shred will be over soon and i am going to do couch 2 5k and weight raining with a little bit of other stuff in between.

    I am currently doing them both together...I think its helpful. Keeps things changed up a little. I do the shred daily & 3 times a week do the run on top of the shred.
