Protein: 120 (I actually eat 75-100 grams), Carbs; 120, Fat 400

40/40/20 with my fiber set to 25. I lose best when carbs and protein are equal with lots of veggies.0

Best idea, if at all possible, is to have your doctor test your metabolism & see how well your body processes carbs & sugar. That will give you an accurate idea of what to shoot for. Different people with different metabolisms will need different ratios (the government's insistence on a one-size-fits-all nutritional model is just idiotic, BTW). If you don't have access to a test, just try different things and really listen to your body. If you find yourself having mood swings, highs & crashes, you need to cut down on carbs/sugars (which provide more short-term energy) & increase your fat/protein (which provides steady long-term energy). On the other hand, if you start having trouble getting through a workout, you might need to increase the carbs you eat before you exercise...
Bottom line is, all anyone else can tell you is what worked for them. And that won't necessarily work for you. Everyone is different.
To answer your question: I have hyperinsulinemia, so my carbs are set at 5%, fat 35%, protein 65%, per my doctor's orders.0 -
My trainer had me set to 45% protein, 30% carbs, and 25% fat. I am doing interval cardio and strength training so I need more protein to repair the muscles.0

Fitting that model rarely happens for me because I don't eat a whole lot of meat/dairy, but I do eat a lot of beans. I use it as a general idea to shoot for. I do notice that the more dependent on plant-based protein sources I am, the more moody I get. I'm seeing a doctor about possible hormonal imbalance in a few weeks, so in the meantime I'm sticking to the more plant-based one until the doc tells me otherwise.0 -

I have my numbers set at 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs. (I am on a ketogenic/Atkins track as per my doctor's orders).0
