I seem to have the hardest time with my diet. I do as much as I can to stay on track. I try to meal prep my lunches and dinners to save time. However I find myself wondering off track sometimes, between snacks, good beers, and rushed for time fast food. Anyone else have the same problems?? Id love to hear ideas on how to overcome!!

Weekends are hardest for me, so I allow more room there. I eat at maintenance. That way I can still have a restaurant meal on Saturday and a nice Sunday breakfast.
There are decent fast food choices out there. Most chains have nutritional info on-line. Look it up in advance, so you don't stray too far of course.1 -
I hear you I try to do the same. Living in Italy right now so fast food isn't a huge deal beside pizza. There is a pizza shop on every corner! Its cheap and so so good.0

Oooh, that would be tough. I think I'd make my breakfast and dinner very light, but heavy on nutrient-dense vegetables and small portions of protein and then have an awesome slice or two of pizza every day for lunch until I got tired of it. (Lunch is my biggest meal to fuel my after work workout.)0

That is the struggle for most people. I have found that planning my day ahead of time makes all the difference. Know if you're going to be crunched for time, and have something ready to go. My wife and I usually cook larger dinners so we have left-overs for lunch or an evening when our time is limited for some reason or another. That certainly helps a lot. If you know you're going out, save some calories for that and enjoy the good beer you have or whatnot. Just do your best to work it into your calories and macros for the day.0
