I have been here before, and my heart just wasn't in it. Since I have had a knee replacement, I need to stay active and get my weight down more. So here I am. 
My sweet husband said that he will do this with me, even though he really doesn't need to loose weight. He said that he will work out with me also.
So, I'm here to make it work for me.
