That's 19.6 pounds more than if you hadn't done anything.
    The above is soooo true.
Keep pushing on and see what you can achieve x

19.6 is better than zero. Much better than gaining. Progress is progress. How much do you want to lose? What's working for you and what's not? This is a life-long change, so it requires constant re-evaluation and adjustments.

You didn't gain it over night so won't lose it over night.
If you really want something then you'll have to work for it

    Yes. It is hard.
At least, I think it's easy in principle, but hard in practice.

But, you're doing it - keep up the good work!

Is your post sarcastic? I say this because 19.6 pounds in 11.42 weeks is GREAT!

Ditto. That's just short of 2 lbs per week.

If you're being serious, I blame the stupid weight loss commercials for making that seem like a slow rate of loss. It's not.

Is that a complaint? 80 days is only around 11 weeks and you lost almost 20 pounds. That's an average of 1.8 per week (a little more even). You're saying you're not proud of yourself for losing the weight of a car tire in only 80 days?

Losing weight is a simple process, but yes it is hard to do. And frustrating, and hungry, and fatiguing, and patience killing
