Not hitting your calorie goal for the day

I had a pretty naughty weekend (hot day, BBQ etc) and today I've just had a check and I am only at 832 calories for today, I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner but I haven't felt like eating a fat lot so it was weetabix for breakfast a turkey sarnie for lunch and a tin of soup for dinner. I've just not been hungry today.

I weigh my food so I know it is accurate but I was just wondering if coming in this far under for just the one day (especially after coming in at the top end of my calorie count for the last 2 days) is a problem or if it is ok every now and again.

One day shouldn't be a problem. We aren't going to be hungry every single day --sometimes stress or illness happens. If it became a trend, I would do something about it.

It's the weekly average that's a good figure to aim for. I generally eat under my allowance mon - Thursday and then get to eat what I want over the weekend...

Not a problem at all. I tend to go over some days, and under others, and just worry about my overall weekly net.
