Protein Popsicle Recipes

With summer upon us and my recent purchase of Popsicle molds is anyone willing to share their favorite protein Popsicle recipes? So far I'm thinking about mixing banana cream protein with some almond milk, banana, cinnamon and maybe Greek yogurt.

    Here's my recipe:

    Chocolate Mint Protein Pops

    1/2 cup ff cottage cheese
    1 6oz container of 0% Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
    1 tbsp + 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 tbsp Splenda or stevia
    3/4 tsp peppermint extract

    Throw everything in the blender and mix until smooth. Divide evenly into six Popsicle molds and freeze four hours or until firm.

    54 calories
    8g protein
    4g carbs
    1g fat

    They are yummy! I have one every night

    The idea of eating cottage cheese has always grossed me out. But if it's blended, do all the little gobs go away? If so, what flavor does it actually have?
