Ok I need help with chicken calories

I find that the calories on chicken grilled
differs what would 3 oz of grilled skinless
chicken breast be???
I choose one it says 188 cal the next says 83 ??

  I always choose ones that say somehwhere between 110-120 which is close to correct.... I believe.... LOL... Bump...
