Hello! This is a fresh start for me, with many new changes coming about in my life I also want to take a hard look at my eating habits and lifestyle so I can get to a healthier weight. I started on July 13 and want to lose at least 100. This is my first and hopefully only time I've tried MFP. I know I need to make a lifestyle change.0

Good for you the first step by making the choice to get healthy! So far this year, I have lost 70 pounds. I want to lose at least 5-10 more pounds. If I can do this, anyone can! Having a good support group helps! I have found that on MFP. You and anyone else are welcome to add me as a friend. We can do this together!0
