Breakfast ideas

I'm looking for some quick breakfasts. I have to stealth eat otherwise my toddlers try and pinch my food (they have their usual cereal as well), so I need something I can possibly prepare the night before, or make super quickly in the morning. Ideally it wouldn't be more than 400kcal as I'm only 5'2 so on 1200kcal.

You can find a lot of overnight oats / chia seeds recipes online and they are really easy. I often go with cottage cheese, fruits and nuts for my first meal, easy and balanced plus it's pretty good!0

Cottage cheese and fruit is fast. So is oatmeal. Sometimes I'll cook some pancakes and freeze them in portions so I can pop one in the microwave. Lately I've been putting a fried egg on a 100 calorie English muffin.0

I make "muffins" that I really like for breakfast. They're overnight oatmeal and then you a add an egg, some oil and maple syrup and blueberries and bake them (no flour or rising agent so not exactly muffins). The recipe makes six and they keep in the fridge about that many days. Can eat cold or reheated. The recipe is on eatingwell.com, just search "breakfast blueberry oatmeal cakes". You can do the same with other muffins.
Yogurt with some granola, a protein bar, a boiled egg with maybe a piece of toast...whatever has the calories and protein you want and is palatable to you in the morning.1 -

A favorite of mine. You don't even have to use the chocolate. Recently I made it and instead of chocolate, I added pecans, applesauce, and cinnamon in place of the pie spice. Something different than just straight oatmeal.0 -
I make up a batch of steel cut oats in rice cooker and portion out, then in morning just scramble eggs for some protein.0

Avocado egg salad on a slice of toasted bread. Just make it the night before. I just mash an avocado and hard boiled egg together with some salt n pepper.

Yogurt with hemp and chia seeds works wonders for me for breakfast.
There are these flat - out wraps I bought a couple of weeks ago. It's flatbread that comes in a couple of different flavors. I got multi grain with flax seeds. Made 5 wraps ahead of time to take to work. Maybe if you have time, you could try scrambling some eggs and breakfast meat together to make a few days worth of burritos. Could freeze them if you don't think you'd eat them in time.0 -
English muffin, a boiled egg and a bit of steamed spinach is great. You may steam the spinach on the weekend and use a portion as you go through the week. Boil egg overnight if you don't have time in the morning. Sometimes I use 2 slices of a small avocado instead of spinach - other times I use both - depending on what I feel like eating. Oatmeal and egg is also good. Either of those two meals should carry you to lunch time.0

I put bananas in the freezer, skin on, once they start to get spotty. If I'm craving something sweet for breakfast I snap one in half, stick in microwave for 10 seconds to help get skin off, mash in a bowl. Add some frozen berries and porridge with milk and cook as normal.
Having these super ripe half bananas on tap is so convenient as a full one is quite heavy in calories and would be too sweet for me.0
