Fell of the wagon, now climbing back (literally)

Hi all!
2013 was a great year for me, it was the year I lost 15 kg.
Fast forward to 2016, and it's not looking as rosy anymore. I had a bit of a rough year, and gained back 8kg since January.
However last week I decided I'm fed up, and I'm ready to shed that 8kg again. I feel so much better with that weight off!
In April I started indoor climbing. I had done this before with friends, but I love the sport so much that I did my belay exam and now train once or twice a week with a climbing buddy. Since April I've evolved from a 3+ to a 5b (for all US climbers that's a 5.3 to a 5.8). I really want to push further, but I'm finding that my weight is making things more difficult. So another great reason to lose some weight!
In addition to the climbing I do yoga and meditation, and I love to walk in nature.
I would love some more active friends on my timeline, as it really helped me last time. If you're a climber or boulderer too, that would be extra great! Maybe we can swap experiences and advice. Of course everybody else is also welcome!

Think of your current progress of keeping off 7kg. Don't think about any weight regained.
Had you climbed before April?0 -
Thanks, that is sweet. And good advice of course
I climbed about once every six weeks before April, and I'm definitely getting more toned in my arms. Which is extra motivation to keep it up.0
