    Go to that little tab nleft of the notification.
    The fourth tab is groups.
    It's on the top of the popular groups.

    @nurdydee , do you have both apps installed on the phone?
    Turn bluetooth on. update fitbit app first, then go to sync, either in fitbit or here.
    Some people seem to have a glitch though.

    Go to the fitbit group I mentioned above. There are various helpful threads about it!
