For some reason the rest of my words disappeared! I currently workout 4-6x a week and my goal is to lose 20lbs (or 9kg). My journey has been very slow but ultimately I'm down to 170 from around 205 a few years ago. I'm hoping my slow and steady pace will yield long lasting results! Add me! I'm always looking for extra encouragement and people who are like minded! Namaste !0
