Arizona Teas

Hey!
I'm not very friendly with any kind of tea. Green tea, black tea, etc... I hate the taste and the after taste they leave in my mouth. So I always ended up adding lots of sugar, which is not good.
I stumbled across Arizona zero green Tea with Ginseng. It tastes very good and has zero calories and 1g of sugar. Normally if something is too good to be true, it probably is. Do you guys have any experience with them?

Have you noticed any gain in weight while constantly drinking them?0 -
I've had something like it, it was Arizona in powder form kind of like crystal light and 0 calories. I agree though that tea doesn't have any beneficial properties, except maybe making you feel fuller if you drink a lot of it.0

I stay away from those sugar-free drinks. Give me headaches.1

No to the fat loss.....what nutrients? I agree with low to no calories for plain tea.0 -
Diet soda and black coffee have no calories either, but they are not being touted as weight loss heroes. the tea thing is, in my opinion, a good way to sell more tea, but as for fat burning or a weight loss aid, not so much.2

Tea has no magical powers - if you don't like it don't drink it. It's no different than drinking water with mio or crystal light, diet soda, coffee, or whatever flavored zero calorie beverages are out there....1

Brewing your own is going to give you more antioxidants.....a good thing, but not for fat loss. Your diet Arizona tea isn't much better for you than diet soda.
I liked using Arizona green tea bags for iced tea (can't find these anymore). The thing when brewing green tea, make sure the water isn't too hot or your tea will be bitter.1 -

Premium Brewed Green Tea Using Filtered Water, Honey, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Natural Flavors, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Ginseng Extract.
Sucralose is Splenda an artificial sweetener
Sugars are generally "ose"..........glucose, fructose, maltose....that kind of thing0 -
