How often to you weigh yourself

Hello All- I have a compulsion: I weigh myself. No really: upon waking up b4 I use the bathroom, then right after, when I get home from work-fully clothed, then after I peel off EACH article of clothing, then right after I work out, then after I eat and then right before I go to bed. This is my DAILY routine. I've actually tried not weighing myself by hiding the scale under the bed but I go through a withdrawal. I mean I actually start pacing panicking about how much I weigh! I have gone 3 days without weighing myself. This can't be healthy....right? Am I the only one? Do I need an intervention?

    I weigh myself in pjs in the am after going to the bathroom and I weigh myself in pjs before going to bed. I like to see the comparison with the am and pm #s. It helps me evaluate the foods I am eating and the exercise ( or lack there of) that is working ( or not, as of late). However I don't feel compulsive about it. If I miss a day.,. Oh well , I will check it later..,
