As I was logging my favorite cheeses that I ate, MFP kept reminding me how much fat they have. :( Now what? I can't go a life time without cheese. I ate reasonable portions, around or under 2 ounces. Is cheese really that bad?

Cheese isn't bad, it's simply calorie dense. If you have room for the calories enjoy your cheese guilt free.

Those "insights" are silly. Yesterday MFP praised my Ben and Jerry's for something and complained at me about a banana having too much sugar :/
I didn't realize you could turn those off yay

Open your app and go to Settings > Diary Settings and then unclick "Show Diary Food Insights."

Just stick to your calories. Fat is good for you as long as you also get in everything else your body needs every day. Is the cheese making that difficult? If not, don't worry. If it is, maybe one ounce of cheese can satisfy your need for cheese without causing your plan to capsize?

    I love cheese!
Trader joes has a white cheddar truffle cheese, worth every calorie!
The little circular Bonnie Bell cheeses in the red wax are really good and creamy.

Google: What does a craving for cheese mean.
Many strange answers on the internet. A couple of sites mention calcium and vitamin d deficiency. If you have time, it's entertaining reading.
    * Just a side fun answer. Do you take a multi with vitamin D?
