Fruits and veggies

Do you track non srarchy friuts and veggies. Just wondering.

    If you track calories, track everything that has calories. Fruit and vegetables have calories.

    Why wouldn't one track these foods? Your body counts them, so I do, too. Fruits and veg can really add up.

    Thanks guys. My thoughts also. But I have dne WW before and they weren't counting them. Fruits can up in sugar also.

    Yes, I do but I see why you are asking...diets like weight watchers etc. allow certain foods as 0 & you can eat as much of them as you'd like and those are usually green veggies & fruits like watermelon....so I get it.

    I didn't track them for the first week and still lost, but that's because I set my calorie goal low enough to compensate for the extra untracked calories. But now I track them all, and track them by grams to make sure it's accurate.
