Slimfast Optima

OMG If you love chocolate milk (Guilty) Slimfast Optima shakes are a great replacement. I buy the powder and add it to fat free milk i think that mixing it myself is way better than the pre made shakes and if really holds me over, i look forward to waking up every morning just so I can have my shakes. Tip if you do try these i recomend putting a glass in your freezer over nite so in the morning when you make your shake it is extra cold...milk is always best the coldest! :)

    What else that is really good is blending it with a banana or strawberries. Yummy! I used to have that for breakfast all the time.
