Weight loss has been challenging for me. Growing up I was athletic and even after two children I looked great (size 11)
I went through a lot in my 30'spare as I battled with depression. ...and with it came the pounds.
I can't believe the amount I added on in just 5 short years. Once it's there (so easy to add) boy has it been frustrating to take off.
I've tried so many different approaches and now know it's all about movement and calories....no quick fix. I'm praying that this app will help me on this new fitress quest.
I'm at 280.....down from 330...goal is 180.
Anyone want to partner up?

Hey! I am right about at the same weight (little less...272) and shooting for 185. This app works if you work it. If you are active on the website and open your food diary, I will actively support you. Take a look at my profile to see what I'm about. (you should write up something on yours; it helps focus the goals, and let's others know where you're at...)
Feel free to add me as a friend...0 -

Good for you on your previous 50lb weight loss - go girl. As for this app, it really works. Just continue to log your food and keep moving. Feel free to add me. I've lost 50lb in the last year and I have another 50 I'm focusing on now.0

I also have suffered from depression and always felt food will help me. I have been eating right for a month now. No soda( which I hardly drunk anyway) , sweets was always my weakness. I was a huge sweet eater. After a month of not eating junk food and having portion control it has became easier to control my eating habits. I would love to share my tips. Don't be scared to write with any questions you may have.0
