I have seen some recipes that call for a (T, tsp) of sweetcorn.
What is this and where would I find it in a store???

It is just a type of corn. If you can't find ears of it in the produce section or frozen bags just substitute for regular corn.0

Where I am from "sweetcorn" is a type of corn on the cob, but I can't see a recipe calling for only a tsp of it. Maybe it is some kind of ground cornmeal.0
