Trying to have a healthier lifestyle. Need to lose 35-40 pounds. This time no magic pills just working everyday to build better habits.

I am currently on a diet and have lost 13.8 pounds in 24 days.
The diet is less than 30g of sugar per day and no more than 6g in a 2-hour period. do this for 10 days and on the 11th day for dinner you can eat as much sugar as you want - this is your free day. Then the next day start over and do it for another 10 days. It's tough but it does work. You will be amazed at what you can eat while on this diet. It's all about measuring and paying attention to ingredients.0
