I have been doing really well, and for some reason this morning on the scale I weigh 1.8lbs more than yesterday I am really discouraged by this and have no clue why this has happened I've even been exercising more. So if any one could possibly tell me why this could be happening I would appreciate any feedback

Water retention and natural body fluctuations. No one has a static body weight. Your weight fluctuates in a range of 5-ish pounds from day to day due to things like stress, increased exercise, hormones, salt, waste, etc. A 1.8 pound gain over the course of 24 hours is nothing to worry about. The important thing is what the scale does over the course of weeks, not hours.3

My body fluctuates within like 5 pounds any given day. I dont take it to heart..or try not too. Some days I drink more water and others I eat things higher in sodium that causes water retention. Dont get discouraged just keep doing what you have been doing.0 -
Girl, cut yourself some slack! Maybe you just really had to pee. Or ate too much salt. Or drank a bottle of water.
You can avoid this kind of frustration by cutting down to weighing yourself once per week. This will give your body more opportunity to even out and make real changes.0 -

Unless you ate 7,000 calories over maintenance in the past day or so it's not fat that you've gained. Weight loss also isn't linear so you will have small gains in between losses0

Once a week is enough for me - same day and time, same set of scales, same place, before breakfast, and butt naked!0
