The food database is a mess. It contains many erroneous entries. Before choosing one it's best to check a more reputable source. Here is a link to the USDA nutritional info site.

Or choose an entry with a little green check next to it, those are supposed to be verified

pick an actual brand not a generic 'butter' entry, or try the verified ones, though they are not always correct.

Those can be pretty terrible too, though not as bad as most.
As for the butter: 1 tbsp (about 14g) is generally 100-110 kcal, 11-12g fat, and nothing else, unless there is added salt, etc. There is some protein in butters, but it's so little as to be completely negligible. Brands do vary in what they put in though, so when all else fails, check your label.

In general for any fat or oil, it should come in at around 100 cals/tbs, give or take a few. And it will be virtually all fat grams (9cals/g in fat).
You can always check your label to compare to the database.

The database is user generated. It's every man for himself. Check the label you have in front of you against the database entry. If it doesn't have a green check next to it, you can go to the database on myfitnesspal.com and edit it. If you can't edit it or find one that matches, create your own. There is nobody checking the entries for accuracy.

Learn how the USDA entries look and use those, or cross check with the USDA information. One tip for finding the USDA entries is that they should have many measurement options.
