Re-started hard dieting 5 March and have lost 18 lbs. Set my target for 1.5 lbs. loss per week so I must be doing something right. Still eating 3 meals per day with almost all snacks stopped.

I must give much praise to "myfitnesspal". Thank-you.

    Well done! That's some serious progress. Congratulations little penguin! :-) I should follow your lead and wean myself off unnecessary snacking.

    Thank-you everyone for kind comments. Just getting out of 2 or 3 weeks of plateau. Present weight 189lbs with a target of 182lbs or 36in waist.

    On day 138 passed my previous target of 182lbs now sitting at 175lbs. Finding it difficult to get into maintenance mode especially as my wife is following me for dieting and walking.

    Just doing a check there. Five weeks ago MyFitnessPal predicted I would hit the new weight of 175lbs on July 22. How close was that managing to reach it two days early on July 20. o:)
