Cheat meals. Gaining weight.

So, I've had a bad month this whole month of July. I've cheated a lot on my diet. I haven't really gained a lot of weight. But I haven't lost a lot of weight this month. Maybe 2-3lbs. I'm just wondering what I can do to stop cheating on my diet. I started off great and didn't even think about junk food. But now food is just reeling me in. I've lost a total of 25lbs in two months. I don't plan on cheating on my diet at all the month of August because I'm trying to lose a total of 50-60lbs by November.

Hi, when you cheat your diet is it when you are with friends or at home. Also sometimes we all feel fed up and want to eat what we enjoy but obviously on a diet it's more difficult sticking to a routine. When a new day starts you can redeem yourself and start again. It's all down to focus. It seems like you have done really well and just took your eye off things and let slip a little. Don't worry you can do this. Keep mentally strong.1
