Just joined a 3 month challenge with some friends on facebook. Going to give this a shot. Have very limited physical abilities,but do whatever exercises I can. Trying to strengthen my body as well as lose some weight. I am 61. Have to start sometime right? LOL!! Have been trying to eat healthy for a couple of years,but veer off occasionally. Guess that's it. Good luck everyone!!

    Glad you got started! I have limited ability to exercise as well, but like you, do what I can. I need to push myself more! I HAVE started to lift 5lb weights for my arms. I do 3 sets, 15 repititions for my tri-ceps and bi-ceps. I do them every other day. I've done the exercises 6 times and my arms already feel stronger. I have a bad back (spondylitis) so can't do a lot of bending. I walk SOME but need to do more! What kind of exercises do you do? Have you set a weight loss goal? I am setting my goal at 20 lb increments. I have 60 lbs to lose. How about you? I want to encourage you to reach your goal and to push yourself and hope you will do the same for me. I am 67 yrs old. 5'2 and was at 204 lbs 5 weeks ago. I am on 1200 calories. I am at 196.4 now, so I am pleased. I have started and stopped many times. I don't want to stop this time! Let's work at this together, okay????

    Hi! I am 63 and love new friends who log everyday(except vacations, illness etc.). I believe that mutual support helps me achieve my goals. I have come through major illness with more determination than ever! Anyone can add me if they are here to improve their health!
