Doesn't matter, as long as you're in deficit. Eat nothing BUT meat, you'll still lose weight.

    yep.

I find myself eating a couple of eggs, and anywhere from 3-9oz of meat depending on what I made that day. For example I might have a 5oz steak, but I will have 8oz of fish it because it is less calorie dense than beef. I also have days where I eat no meat and get my protein from something like a quinoa and black bean salad.

You don't have to eat any meat either, there are vegetarian men out there too.

How many ounces of meat do you want? What kind of meat are you eating? What else are you eating? What's the calorie goal? These are all relevant questions.

Your being a man really isn't that relevant, except it probably affects calorie goal somewhat.

Keep in mind that many cuts come with plenty of fat. If you're trying to lose weight then you need to be careful about creating a calorie deficit. That's why many of us eat so damned much chicken breast, egg whites, and sirloin. You do still need fat but only about 0.35 grams per pound of body weight. Are you strength training?

37 fluid ounces. I'm not sure about "weight" ounces. Hmmm... hmmmmmmm... *ponders*

I've been known to put away close to two pounds of high fat ground beef in a day, at various points during my weight loss. A bit less, now that I'm sans 113 lbs. from my start, but a pound and a half will still easily fit.

More. The calorie to protein ratio is great for meat so my answer is "more".

    42. And it's the same for every man, regardless of height, weight, body mass, lean mass, activity level, or gender.

Am I allowed to quibble at all with that last one or should I let it go?

How do you tell if someone is a vegan? You don't, they'll tell you.

Or you just assume and get it wrong.
    I'm not vegan, or vegetarian.

It usually happens that way, and it's a great way to work the shoulders.
