So pleased. Ive now lost a stone!! :happy:
My nail technician told me yesterday how well i looked and im also noticing the changes myself as i feel fitter and more toned. Clothes are looser too Yay xx

    A stone is 14 pounds. In the UK we state our weight in stones and pounds. 140 lbs = 10 stone.

    Congratulations! It's nice to see someone who weighs in 'old money.' I recently moved to America and am still trying to work things out in lbs. (How many lbs in a stone? 12 or 14?)

    I too did not know what a stone was, and I am an Engineer... I thought you were refering to a kidney stone or something like that...
