If you enter your goals and stats into MFP, you will get a calorie goal to lose weight. As far as workouts -- what are your fitness goals and what do you like doing?

You don't need a diet plan. Just eat regular food, only log your portions. As time goes on you will tweak your food choices along the way. Some foods will no longer be worth the "price." Other foods will give you more bang for your calorie buck. This is a great learning tool.

A workout plan to start at home.....Fitness Blender, Jessica Smith TV, BeFit TV......lots of stuff to try on YouTube. Figure out what you like to do. This will help you stay consistent.

Go to youtube and look up Leslie Sansone. She does a whole series of "walk at home" videos. She sometimes adds weights and resistance bands, but you don't have to. If you really like her videos, you can find her older stuff on Amazon and her new stuff on her own website.

She has tons of new DVDs on Amazon, Collagevideo and Total Fitness DVDs.

OP - check your local library too. Many do carry exercise videos. Weights & resistance bands are great for toning up.
