So I am not really comfortable sharing my name but you can call me Leila, that's the name of my pet. I am 5'2 and 151 lbs. The lowest I have weighed is 114 lbs. Yes the superficial part of me really likes the number but more than anything I need to be healthy. I am tired all the time, have super low self-esteem and feel like other people look down on me. I get winded just walking around in heavy boots, and I get so sweaty now that's it summer and I feel gross.

My goal is to weigh 125 lbs. If more comes off than great, if not I need to at least be in the health BMI range. At this point I am classified as overweight for my height. I get that BMI isn't everything but trust me it is not 151 lbs on muscle lol.

I really like the idea of supporting each other in our weight loss journeys. I feel like I may do better having someone else who is going through what I am going through. If anyone wants to reach out to me I'd really appreciate this. I haven't weighed 125 or less in probably 7 years. I want to get my life back, because all it has centered around for so long is food.
