DONT START TOMORROW WHEN YOU CAN START TODAY!! I know what it's like! I made excuses too! I was either too tired. I didn't have enough time or the exercises were too hard. I almost tipped the scale at 191 lbs! Today I am 155 lbs and these results were not achieved in the gym! Who has money for a gym membership? Certainly not I! I still have a long way before my goal weight but if I had waited to start my journey now, rather than when I did, I wouldn't have this progress to share with you all! STOP MAKING EXCUSES ABOUT WHY YOU CAN'T WHEN YOU CAN! And if you are like me and tired of starting over, stop giving up! This is 7 months of progress. 36 pounds down! r6xthjimc4xv.png
