Maintenance?

Recently, I decided to take some pictures and frankly, I couldn't believe what I was seeing - I really liked them and that made me thinking that maybe, it's time to stop and go to maintenance phase slowly.
First off, I'm to vanish not to share my success with you:

My trouble, though, is that I still want to loose some fat (especially from the butt!) and replace it with muscle instead. I don't want to loose much more weight (couple pounds I can take), I just want to be more toned & lean and less skinny fat - and I don't know what to do. For loosing fat, I need calorie deficit, but for gaining muscle, I need to eat at least maintenance or more, right? Or is there some way how I could loose most of the fat left AND tone up in the same time? Thanks everyone for suggestions.
