Non surgical lipo / ultrasonic / love lipo

I have now lost almost a stone and if I loose anymoore I will be classified as underweight. However I have STILL not lost my love handels / fat on hips. I am guessing this is because they are genetic as my dad has huge love handels and a lot of excess fat around his hips. So I have now decided to get ultrasonic liposuction which is non invasive and called Lovelipo. I have signed up for 7 sessions and have just had my second one. Although I am yet to see a difference. Was just wondering if anyone else has tried using lipo of this sort and if it is successful or not?

I doubt that you have any significant amount of fat on your hips if you are close to underweight. Are you sure it is fat?0

It doesn't sound loveli at all. Get someone to talk to about body image issues instead.3

Well I'm pretty sure it is fat, what else could it be?0

If the after photo in your profile pic is you now, I am not seeing much, if any at all, fat on the hips.3

Bone, muscle, and body dismorphia? From your previous thread (http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10422651/lost-nearly-a-stone-and-im-fatter-than-ever/p1) it would seem that you have an unrealistic self body image.
It might feel like people on here are being negative, picking on you, or not answering your questions in the way that you would like, but I think that people are genuinely worried that you are not eating enough and have an unrealistic view of your body.
I honestly think that the best thing for your overall health is that you talk to someone to get a second opinion (a doctor maybe) about where you are now and what your goal are.4 -
I hope it works because I've booked in for next month0

Kudos to you OP for getting closer to your ideal! You look great in your photo, but I understand wanting to take it to the next level. I also appreciate you recognize weightloss may not be the entire solution, and that you won't push yourself to an unhealthy weight to get the results you desire.
I'm in a similar situation to where I'm close to underweight, but still have fat. I'm going to strength train to see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn't I am going to look into a similar procedure. Please keep us updated on how it works out for you. Good luck!0 -
Do not worry about national recommendations for weight as these do not account for individual differences. The mirror/progress photos should be your guide. Keep going until you are happy with how you look.
My BMI is currently 29 however my bodyfat is sub 13% @ 230lbs.0 -
If you are feeling that you are not toned, I would ignore the scale for a bit and try to add some muscle.0
