The hardest thing for me to do is get to the gym. But once here, I'll put work in. I need to push myself harder. NO EXCUSES!!!

    I hear you. Just the thought of it is enough to put me off but what I keep in mind is the amazing feeling I get when I'm dripping with sweat and my heart is pounding fast. Also a good hour and half at gym for me equals 1pound loss the next day. I'm losing 2lbs a week doing 3 hours of gym time 3 days a week. I'm happy lol. Good luck, just remember why your doing it!

    Make the gym a part of your agenda for whatever days you decide your going, pencil it on your planner, just like you would for appointments
