I broke the cycle ..... YAYYYY!!!!!

I'm only 7 weeks into this, so this is still very new to me. I'm sure y'all had a few panic moments where you feared you were doing something wrong. Well, I made the mistake of cutting my calories too low (800-1,000) and as a result, I not only stopped losing, but actually gained a pound. So, after much advice, I bumped my calories up to about 1,250-1,350 and started drinking 2 liters of water a day (I wasn't drinking) and POOF!!!!! I lost 2 lbs this week. Yayyyy!!! I'm so excited! I chalk it up to a lesson well learned.
