Hi, there, I had my DS four years ago. Never did lose all the weight I needed too but did lose 85lbs so that's been awesome. I just started to use MFP this past January to see if I can move things along. So far I'm down 20lbs. I made an exercise goal that I'm 2lbs away from so I'm hoping that will keep the losing going.0

Hi.. I had a DS about six years ago. I didn't lose all my wt. My lowest stable wt got down to 183, but I've slowly regained and am up to 225. I am exploring doing a ketogenic diet (high fat, moderate protein, low carb) to lose the weight. I am very new to exploring this diet and plan to progress slowly and am not looking for overnight success. I'm working at making lifestyle changes that add up. I'd love to talk and share experiences.
