I'm just want to make sure I'm reading it right. My calorie goal is 1,240. I burned 1,216 calories taking two classes today and I ate 1,954 in food. The remaining part says 502. Am I suppose to eat all of the 502 calories? I know I'm suppose to eat all of the 1,240 when I'm not working out, but when I do workout is the section that says remaining suppose to be 0? Please help!!

You shouldn't eat all your exercise calories back (unless you really want to) because exercise calories are usually overestimated. Most people eat back 50-75% just to be on the safe side.

Eat 50% of your exercise calories. If you burn 200, eat 100. If you burn 500, eat 250. If yo burn 1000, eat 500.1

That means you ate a little more than half of your exercise calories back which is good! You should try to eat back at least some exercise calories whenever you exercise but if you don't then it's not a big deal. Just listen to your body and eat if you're hungry!@st476 So if the remaining part is 500 is that good or bad?1 -
Thank you guys so much for the feedback!!!1
